This involves keyword research, writing techniques, optimizing HTML tags, and securing high value links to your website. This is a Must Do if you want your pages to appear on the first or second page of Google, Bing and other search engines.

BetterViaticalSettlement.com is about providing better information so folks can make better decisions regarding the sell of their life insurance policies or investing in viatical life settlements.

BVS started from the frustration of trying to find valid information about the term "viatical." My dad and I invest in stocks. We came across a publicly traded viatical provider and it peaked my interest. Most of the search results I found wanted contact information or were trying to sell information. The best information was buried very deep in the results. Those with good content did not know how to present it in such a way that search engines would find it attractive. If I, a person who had actually worked and made a living in the life insurance business at one time, was having so much trouble getting answers to questions, then regular folks must be banging their heads on their computers. Or they would fill out one of those contact forms. Hopefully, if they were lucky, they would get a fair settlement.

I do not buy, sell or invest in viaticals or life settlements. I sold insurance for a while about twenty years ago. Primarily life, health and group though I was licensed for all lines and mutual funds. I did not enjoy sales so I moved on.

Manufacturing Jobs GA is a google site with links to directories to help those looking for work in Georgia.

OmnibusSales.com links to a google site. My dad needed a site where he and the folks in his retirement community could post stuff for sale. The site is his. I provided the redirect and help with site maintenance.

I started building web sites a few years ago as a part time business. Google, Yahoo, Live and Ask search engines rank several of my pages well. A few consistently hold the number one spot for their keywords. Much of that is due to SiteSell software.
